At IDEO U, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
